“Bad Habit” features a rising singer, Brandon James, who is currently topping the charts with his song “Greatest” with NOIXES. James also mixed and mastered “Bad Habit.” Longtime producer Primo Beats out of Detroit produced the beat. Anne, as always, wrote and produced her own vocals.
“‘Bad Habit’ is about being in a relationship with someone who isn’t good for you,” Anne says. “One day, you may realize that you’re still in it because it’s a bad habit.”
“This song is straight from the heart, as always,” she adds. “I honestly never thought my music would help me through life, but it really does, and I hope it helps someone else out there, too. From ‘Afterlife’ to ‘Bad Habit,’ the style of these songs might change, but how they’re written, from my personal experiences, does not. I truly hope you enjoy it! XO”
